Arya & Earth accepts returns on new, unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Defective or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours, with photos and a video of the issue. Change-of-mind returns are allowed within 30 days, but the customer pays return shipping and a non-negotiable $100 USD restocking fee; no exchanges are offered. All returns must be dropped off at a designated location after approval, and refunds are only issued following inspection, within 5 business days. Items not meeting return standards may receive a partial, reduced, or no refund at Arya & Earth's discretion.
