Shipping & Delivery Policy

We offer FREE delivery to all major metro and selected regional areas across Australia. We've partnered with trusted logistics providers to ensure your statement piece arrives safely and efficiently.

White Glove Delivery –  Melbourne Metro Only

We offer a premium delivery service within the Melbourne Metro area.

This includes:

• Ground floor delivery
• Unpacking of items
• Removal of all packaging and rubbish
• Please note:

White Glove Delivery is limited to ground floor only

For stairs or complex access, contact us prior to purchase (additional charges may apply)

Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days

Standard Delivery – Other Major Metro Areas

We offer standard delivery to the following metro areas:
Sydney, Perth, Canberra, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast & Adelaide.

Includes:

• Delivery to ground floor or front door
• No unpacking, setup, or rubbish removal
• We will not carry items upstairs or through tight internal spaces

Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days, depending on your distance from our Melbourne warehouse

Regional & Remote Areas 

For areas outside of major metro zones, there may be additional time depending on the distance from Melbourne Warehouse.

Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days based on your location and access conditions

Important Delivery Information

• Delivery at Front door only. 
• Authority to Leave (ATL): You may request the courier to leave your item in a safe place. Please note we are not liable for loss or damage of unattended items.
• Missed Deliveries: Failed or missed deliveries due to access issues may incur redelivery or handling fees.

Delivery Timeframes & Delays

• Delivery times vary by location and courier availability
• Delays do not qualify for cancellation
• We’ll keep you updated and provide tracking where available
