We offer customisation on colour and size for
our Arya and Earth designs. Whether you need
a piece in a specific shade to match your interior or a size that fits particular space, we will work with you to make it happen.

Pricing

Customisation is priced based on the extent of the change.A minor variation will cost less than a significant size alteration. We provide a full quote before anything is confirmed, so there are no surprises.

Advance payment

Once you are happy with the quote and ready to proceed, we ask for an advance of approximately 15–20% to secure your order. No advance is taken until you have confirmed you want to go ahead the quote is completely free and without obligation.

Timeline

Custom pieces are handcrafted to order and shipped by container, which means production and logistics both take time. It takes 16–18 weeks which begins once your advance payment is received.
For faster timelines, we can deliver in 8-10 weeks with additional cost. Please mention that while placing custom orders.

 Please note: If we do not receive your
confirmation in time, your order may miss the next container dispatch, which
can add further weeks to the timeline. We will always give you advance notice
of the confirmation deadline so you can plan accordingly.
